You must have the right to access and use the ITR data
You agree not to misuse the service for fraudulent purposes

3. Free Tier & Credits

Free tier: 10 computations per month (resets monthly)
Purchased credits never expire
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5. Disclaimer

AutoTax.in is a document generation tool. We do not provide tax advice. The generated Computation PDFs are based entirely on the data in your ITR JSON files. Please consult a qualified tax professional for tax advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoTax.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
