Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased on AutoTax.in are eligible for refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requested within 7 days of purchase
  • No credits from the purchase have been used
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

2. Used Credits

Once credits are used to generate a Computation PDF, they are non-refundable. Each credit represents a successful PDF generation.

3. Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted but credits are not added to your account due to a technical error:

  • Contact us within 24 hours with payment details
  • We will verify and either add credits or process a full refund
  • Resolution within 3-5 business days

4. Service Issues

If the service fails to generate a PDF due to our technical issues (not due to invalid JSON), the credit will be automatically refunded to your account.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@autotax.in
  • Include your registered email/phone and payment details
  • Describe the reason for refund request

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank/payment provider.
